HOLLAND – TLC (Total Logistic Control) announces, in support of their continued expansion, the signing of a new lease for 30,000 square feet of office space at the Huntington Bank Building located at 10717 Adams, Holland, Michigan. The lease signing, facilitated by Grubb & Ellis, represents one of the largest office lease deals along the Lakeshore in the past five years.

TLC has an exceptional team which ultimately made our decision to stay in West Michigan an easy one,” said John Peters, Vice President, Real Estate. “With our growth, we continue to need more space. This expansion is our fourth, since 1999.”
