The Phoenix Dedicated Retail Facility is a dedicated one-customer facility supplying approximately 32,000 items to 800 plus stores. This facility handles many different types of product lines, including pharmaceutical, general merchandise, health and beauty care, cosmetics, specialty foods, nutritional foods, store supplies and seasonal promotional.
The Phoenix Dedicated Retail Facility, operating a 6 day weekly delivery cycle, distributes product in "eaches", cases or pallets depending on the product and the customers' needs. Customer deliveries are a combination of dedicated fleet deliveries, contract carriers, crossdocks and courier deliveries. The Phoenix Dedicated Retail Facility has 3 buildings on two campuses, shipping nearly 3.6 million pieces per week. Location
