TLC operates facilities in communities across North America. In each we support local efforts that improve those communities. We believe enhancing the communities where our people live and work benefits everyone.

In addition to direct financial support, TLC associates are encouraged to get involved with their communities. This involvement is supported in tangible ways that vary by circumstance and provide our people with flexibility to contribute their time and talents to local causes.
